We are a mother-daughter team with a zest for life and passionate about family and friends.  In May of 2012, we purchased this business because we fell in love with these exquisite  candles, with labels that remind us of simpler times and smells that warm our houses with beautiful natural aromas.

Kathy is a proud mother of four beautiful grown daughters.  She’s a grandmom to 12 grandchildren, 9 of them being boys.  A dedicated nurse by day, Kathy enjoys spending time with her family.  If she’s not playing with her grandchildren, you may find her cooking, reading a good book, crafting, or enjoying the beach.

Kara is the oldest of Kathy’s daughters.  She “retired” from teaching to become a stay at home mommy to her 3 adventurous and loving boys.  A tremendous sense of balance and purpose allows Kara to jump back and forth between full time mom, dedicated wife, ambitious entrepreneur, and occasional triathlete.  Some of her favorite things are coffee (lots of it), flip flops, the Gators, cooking (thanks to her mama), and jumping in puddles with her mud-hungry boys.

As a mother-daughter team, we love the time we spend together.  We are passionate about our candles and take great pride in pouring each one with care and detail.  We hope that you enjoy our vintage candles half as much as we enjoy making them for you.
